351w missing after overhaul

Redone a 1982 f-150 351w everything new only thing not factory was the comp cam 35-216-3 first time i put it together it had a whine, took it back out found that an oil keepin ring bent, replaced all rings and rod bearing put back together, now, it sounds like its missing on 2 cyl. it has the screwed up dist. I think the cali. engine. What could possibly be wrong besides the firing order, i know i have that right.
