how to stop wheel hop

hey guys i have a 1993 f-250 withthe 7.3 diesel in it with a 5 speed strait cab 8 foot bed. I am having wheel hop problems with it. is there anyway at all to elimanite the wheel hop? If so what can i install? any preferances or brands? Please send me some links if you got couple links to where you can buy them from. Im guessing ladder bars or traction bars will help alot.
thanks,
Jimmy
PS Please let me know what you guys reccomend!

When you say "Wheel hop", do you mean as in rev it up, dump the clutch burnout, or is it going down the road at constant speed? If it is the latter, try having the rear tires rebalanced by a shop, or you can try this link= http://centramatic.com/New_Catalog/400series.php

A general alignment and tire balance should help. Is it in turns, going straight? Fast, slow?

like quick said, stiffer shocks or even new shocks will help. if you still have problems after new shocks, you could try a set of slapper bars, easier to install than ladders, and smaller. if you decide to run ladders, us a shackle in tension form at the front of the bar.
