a little rain never hurt anyone ...I've edited the original post to try and find out the part number that way I can see if Dennis Carpenter or the like has a NOS piece.

those are a pain to find it took me like a year of junkyard hunting to find one, one thing I did do to make timing it easier was i painted the pulley black then smeared white paint like house paint across the #'s then wiped it with a wet towel looks good and sooo easy to do.
