another cylinder head question

I read a post saying the best heads were C4AE-G if you can find them. What were these heads commonly found on? Year, Model, Engine.I know a couple good old salvage yards.Thank you Craig.

mustangs and galaxies.but i have also heard PI engines got them.

Mustangs got the 390 in 67. I don't think you'd find them there stock as the C4-G's were on 64-65 full size cars.

64-65 352 and 390. Check under the hood of some 65 F100's that run the 352, they can be had there. You will also need to rebuild them to get hardened seats installed.
