not everyone that is that age (16-20) has a poor work ethic, I am 20 and granted many people my age are lazy, but some of us grew up poor and had dirt, i grew up on a watermelon farm in mize miss. we did not have tv, we did have a phone and it plugged into the wall. we had a radio and that was the only source of entertainment. You worked and you worked with al you had or you got you butt beat and tried harder. I remeber one time I had a melon and was upset with my uncle so i threw it at the tractor... hmmm??? bad idea i ran home to mom crying and she gave me a hug and about that time uncle come in sayin it was time to go back to work, so we did and i worked all day long. when i was about 14i went to military school, another work ethic builder. After that i moved in with my dad who has a small farm in missouri where i spent the rest of my school years he tought me how to slam a t post and before that i didnt know but your feet are supposed to come off the ground when you hit it. some people my age may not be hard workers and trying to be as humble as possible i think i can hold my own, i feel like the lazy comes from your folks if you got that diesese, but n the south they got a remedy for that and it is gettin your butt whooped into shape. my two cents
