CompCams has really good cams and such for the 5.4L.
You might check dssracing or sean hyland motorsports for other internals.

Perhaps a better way of phrasing this is "what is the casting mark for the 2002-2003 PI heads?"

My question is "is there a difference in casting marks?"

I'm not too sure there is a difference in the marks other than left and right have at least the last digit different.

Remember if it fits on a 4.6 Windsor, it should fit on the 5.4. That's why I do searches in the Mustang realm for new and interesting stuff for these engines.
