Here is the tech article about the conversion. It's written about '78 and '79 Bronco's but I think it has a lot of information that would be helpful to you (if you havn't already seen it).
That article says you should not increase MC bore size unless you change to bigger calipers. Does the 350 have larger calipers yet? Is the 250 MC the same bore, just smaller bolt pattern? I would kind of like to hold the parts next to each other to see. Kubota, has anyone in the offroad foum done this?
i've read it should be a 2wd f350 booster/mc, even if you're putting it on a 4wd. i dont know if it makes a difference though.
I'm interested in this upgrade my self for my 79 250 4x4. From what I have read there is a difference also in that the booster can be made for a truck with cruise or not.
Not to pirate this but, since I don't have cruise in my truck I would think that I would need a 79 F350 4x4 booster and master with out cruise, right????? Or will I need a 2 wheeler version, I personaly wouldn't think so but I haven't attempted this upgrade yet.
The diffeence between cruise and non-cruise with boosters is the brake pedal (possibly assembly) and the length of push rod because of the pedal difference.
The Non-cruise pedal has a bolt that holds the pushrod to it
The Cruise pedal has a nub that the pushrod slips onto and it held in position with a plastic collar and a clip in.
This allows for the brake light switch to move and activate the lights.

Thanks
i did it on my 79, brake lines are on the right side, just get the 2WD booster and master cyl, the f350 4x4 uses the same brake parts as the 2504x4, you have to have teh 2wd f-350 parts...i had to get an adapter for one line and a new fitting and reflare the other line
