SCT for OBS?

SCT for OBS?
I was just looking at the SCT at black cloud's website, and it said it's programmable for any OBDII equipped 94-05 ford truck. It only gives details of the 99+ 7.3 hp gains though, and i thought it was only for the newer models. Does it work for our trucks?

you can only get about a 50rwhp gain by programming on the OBS trucks, need larger injectors to see anymore than that. i have a hard time thinkin superchips will run a truck hard enough to even see that 50hp you gotta go to tony wildman or jodi tipton to get that.

I'm always hearing some SD owner on here singing the praises of the SCT and I don't remember hearing anything from an OBS owner. I'm looking for a chip, mostly because I want some control of the shift points, so thanks for the info.

i have an SCT and i have nothing but good things to say about it. I wasnt looking for massive power gains, just a bit more drivability/fun......seeing as the most i tow with it is a 5000# popup camper. Got both of those. As for the shift point control, cant help ya there, got a manual.
