help with sensor or fuel problem

I have a F-350 power stroke that shuts off after 10 to 15mins. It will start again and run fine for another 5 to 10 mins. I think it has a sensor going bad. The question is which one? There are no check engine lights comming on. Please help,any suggestions.

was it previously used in a fleet that had timers to shut the engine down after a set time of idling?

It's not a fleet vehicle. this happens when i was driving also.
