hydraulic clutch problems

I picked up the pre-bled hydraulic clutch system yesterday from ford for about $90. I was looking at the parts with some questions. 1) Does the master(i guessing on the part name) the part that goes through the fire wall just push in and turn? 2) The slave in the transmission bell houshing just turn and lock, and do i remove the plastic keeper, if not how to remove from bellhousing. Any help would be great. Thanks.....

Yes, just twist and remove the slave cylinder from the bell housing. Leave the plastic retainer in place, it is sacrificial. It will break when you step on the clutch pedal to pump it up.
I haven't had the master cylinder out, so I can't quote from experience there, but I would imagine it's exactly the same.

The master is a push and turn to lock at the firewall also. The clutch rod (from the pedal to the master cylinder) has a metal snap retainer in it, so you'll either need to disconnect the rod from the pedal or just rip it out of the plastic housing.

I use option #2

thanks for all the help! Looks like I will attempt tomarrow, I hope I have enough room the tear that snap ring off! Just like giving a Harley tuneup, use a 10 lb hammer!

If you block the clutch pedal full up it gives the necessary leverage to pop the old retainer off. The whole deal takes less than an hour and can be done in around 15 minutes if you really get after it.
