I think it is either somthing in the collum or in the linkage? It must not be a common problem becaus the only post i got was from you with instructions on how to operate the shifter thats too funny LOL i would think that would be second nature to any one who drives. But then again nothing supprises me any more last week we hired an opperator for our Kotsmu w180 for a job almost 2 hours away, on the first day he calls me and says the bucket won't move after talking with him on the phone reailizing that thier are 4 dump trailers weighting on my dime i drove out, only to find the safty lock on???? so nothing supprises me

This is an exploded view. There is a shaft that gets bent out of shape.
