I know that George has the entire options book someplace. Here are a few things from memory:
1) AM Radio with speaker mounted on the ceiling above the rear view mirror
2) Wrap around, "big" back window
3) Fordomatic automatic transmission
4) Long (8ft) bed
5) Interior Dome light
6) "Custom cab" package, which included chrome around the windows and other stuff.
7) Various rear end ratios
8) Power steering
That's a start.

Those fender mounted turn signals must have been a dealer option for all of the '53-'56 effies. My '53 came with them. The first thing they reminded me of when I saw them, was a tow truck.
