Smoke test?
Anyone know how a body shop "smoke tests" a door to find a leak in the air seal located on the door? I am trying to stop the excessive air noise around the top. One shop tilted the door on the top hinge, but it did not help. Another suggested doing the smoke test, but did not say how it was done. Thanks!

If you go to ebay and search ebay motors under smoke machine you can see the different types they sell. They get in the car/windows up/ and set the climate control to force air into the car while they direct smoke at all the seals from the inside. Then they have someone who is outside watch for the leak.
