i have a 1999 ford sd diesel that blows out a fuse that runs the fuel heater,wastgate solienoid,injector driver module relay coil.the fuse has blown 4 times in 3 months.the vehical will stop dead.contacted dealer thay told me that thay would look at it ,but if it won't do it wile there testing it they wont find it.asking if someone could direct me in the right direction on what to look for.when the fuse blows there is no code flash.all i do is replace the fuse and start it up. please help jerry

 

On the back side of the fuel filter canister is a two wire plug that goes to the fuel heater and the water in fuel sensor. Unplug that plug, most likely the fuel heater is shorting out. I see you live in Colorado so you may want to spring for replacing the fuel heater for the winter time. But the warmer weather is just around the corner and that gives you time to shop around for the best price.
