Okay, this may seem like a wierd question...does anybody know where to find a hot rod stroller? I saw a baby in one last year at one of Year One's shows and got a picture of it, but didn't think much else about it. Now I have kid #3 coming in August and have searched everywhere for one of these things. They look like a 40ish Ford and seem to be made of unobtanium. I'd post the picture, but it's being uncooperative. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The company that makes them has gone out of business. Any more ideas? I may just have to do without one. But since this is going to be the last kid, I'd like to have a cool toy for dad. Face it, the kid won't care but one of these things would be fun.
Here is a link to some: http://www.aeroglass.com/strollers/index.php I thought they used to make a 41 *****'s but it must have been another manufacturer. They aren't cheap though.

Come on... build one! We want to see it! slap a handle on a peddal car maybe.
Tried eBay? Maybe you can find a used one with a clean title. Item # 4621618275 is $110 for a spiffy yellow one.

Checking out the aeroglass site, I couldn't help but think that for 1400-1600 bucks, the thing ought to have a running engine in it. I only paid $1100 for my 66 F100. Oh well, scratch them. I have thought about the pedal car route, but haven't had time to check out Toys-R-Us to see how much I would have to change to make one work. You should see the one that got me interested in finding one. It had working headlights, taillights and even lights underneath. It even had a top and what looked like a 6-71 blower sticking through the hood.
I see in the future (it's getting clearer now) - let's go with 16 years from now - Junior has a serious hot rod addiction. He wants to drive yours.....and you encouraged him/her right out of the cradle.
I've already got two girls that are car nuts. My oldest wants us to build a 66-67 Nova for her first car. The only problem is that I've got a 66 F100 in the garage that is "in progress" and at least one more ride to buy and build for myself. Plus I've only got eight years to get basically 3 vehicles done. Oh well, at least I have someone to share my insanity with. Now, if I could just hit the lottery....
