Wiring harness for engine swap?
I have a 1986 Econoline with a 302 and AOD. I plan to put this engine and trans into my 48 F-1. I was originally planning to use the donor engine's wiring harness for the swap. Considering how old and nasty looking the wiring is, I'm now leaning towards an aftermarket harness.
In the new Summit catalog on pg. 96 I saw a 5.0/5.8 harness from Ford Motorsport. It said it's a standalone harness for 1986-1993 engines. Does anyone know if this would work for my 1986 N-code 302 truck engine?
