Window glass interchange

Window glass interchange

My driver door roll up window dropped last night and shattered.What years will work to replace it?

Any hints or tricks?

I believe from 80 to 96 are the same, but without a doubt 80-86 will work.

I tried a window out of about a 96 or 97 and it was not wide enough by about a 1/2in or so.Im off to find a 80-86.

The difference in the glass in a 92 to 96, is beause of the vent window redesign for the dashboard. So the vent window would clear the dashboard etc... If you use the vent window and frame from the 96 - 97, it would work for you.

That sounds like some greif.I think ill go get the right window.I could probably get the vent and frame but would get charged again.Its a pretty cold ride home from work at midnight in the pouring down rain.
