Parking Brake

Does anyone know where i can get a Parking Brake Equalizer Spring or also known as Parking Brake Retainer Spring??

The ones that were on my truck broke.. and im trying to find somewhere that has them because I am having problems trying to find the part.

thanks, theres just two total, they are for the rear only it goes on the little bar. heres a picture of the brakes, its Letter M that little spring http://img157.imageshack.us/img157/5715/page23ga.gif

I believe that spring is the same part from 57 through the late 90s. I have seen them on the HELP racks at national discount parts franchises if you can't get it at FoMoCo. They aren't rare or uncommon. It sounds like you need to change parts suppliers.

If that doesn't work for ya' & "Ford4Me" can't find his, PM me, I probably have several in the shop under my bench.
