Throttle linkage swap
Have any of you guys swapped the old rod type throttle linkage on '67-'72's to the newer cable type found on '80's model trucks?
If so what parts are needed and details on any mods to be done for the swap.

Throttle linkage swap
We have a '79 F100 with factory cable linkage. Try finding one of these trucks with the same linkage and take the pedal and cable from it and install in yours. Im not too sure if it will bolt up or not, but this linkage setup is closer to being the same as yours compared to the 80's trucks.
