4.2 tune up trouble

Just replaced plugs and wires on my 2001 F-150 4.2L. It's running pretty rough now. I'm hoping I just have a plug wire crossed, but don't have a book to verify and don't want to start guessing. Here is what I think the coil and plug numbers are:

engine

3 6
2 5
1 4

coil

3 4
2 5
1 6

Thanks

OK, my "diagram" didn't come across very well, so:

Left side of engine cylinder 1,2,3 front to rear.
Right side of engine cylinder 4,5,6 front to rear.

Left side of coil 1,2,3 front to rear
Right side of coil 6,5,4 front to rear

If I'm reading your post correctly. I may have 5 & 6 reversed. I'll go try and swap them and see what happens.

Pa,

If you haven't already fixed it you probably did mix up the right side. Done it myself even with a manual.
