Let me say that I have been there brother, and I can totally empathize with you. Trust me when I say that it WILL get better. Keep the faith, it will.
Secondly, welcome home to the Norcal Chapter. Yes, you are correct when you state that there are some exciting changes. There is alot of interest in making this thing work. I am confident that the chapter is just in it's infancy and that there are some good times ahead. If we all work together, we can do something really good with this opportunity.
Everything is going as well, as to be expected. Got the house halfway done, doing it in sections. The bathroom is like a swamp, so there is a new toilet and floor in it's very soon future. Just did the living room floors, and 2 of the living room walls. All wood, put a coat of sealer on them. after that just a few gallons of paint and the interior is done. Then this summer sometime a fresh coat of paint for the outside. Then the house should be done.
As for the truck, it needs a new power sterring pump. The old one is making noise in the bearing. There is nothing else wrong that a new paint job wouldn't cure. She has minor paint faults all over the place. Still as long as shes shiny I guess. The old girl is in great shape, but she's not show quality, would like to get her there someday.
hey your truck is really clean and damn near show condition, with a nice paintjob it would be show condition..... But yeah did you hear i rolled my truck? it's comin along i got the frame all cleaned and painted and put back together and now i gotta start on the drivetrain, then body then interior. but it'll be done in about 3 or 4 months, i'll have to stop by when i do another hay delivery up that way and see ya when i get everything done.
