Front end noise

1968 f100 2x4 360 drum brakes - Rotating sound is starting to get louder from the front end, and I just wanted to get some "might be's" from those in the know. It's does not change with motor speed (not heard unless moving) or braking, so my guess so far is bearings, which have been ordered. The outside front bearings look easy, but does anyone know if inside bearings are pressed?

No, the insides just sit in there like the outsides. The seal has to be removed before the bearing will come out, but that's easy, you just knock it out from the outside and tap the new one in.
