glowplug controller bypassed.
My turbo gets its oil supply from the stock gauge port location.
There is a port on the turbo oil manifold to attach a gauge, I just used a Tee to split it to both the stock sender and the mechanical gauge.
When I do my return lines I get the O rings from Ford or the diesel injection service across the street from the Ford dealer,
The hose I got from Advance Auto the last time I did them.
The copper crush washers are only needed if you are going to remove the injectors from the head.
When I had mine reset to 93 turbo specs at the injection service, I got the O rings and copper washers as part of the price I paid to have the injectors rebuilt.
I can not remember the exact figures now but it was close to 300 dollars for the whole deal. It would have been lower but I had a couple of nozzles that were bad and a couple of the internal parts were also bad.
The oil should actually be checked at operating temp. If you fill it to the full mark cold it will be overfull when hot.
