If you want performance,go with a Demon or a Holley,myself I prefer the Holley cause I know how to work on them...FF59

Anyone know how they do off-road? Any reviews period?

Not very well at all. The Carter AFB (Edelbrock 1406) is a 'bit' better than teh 4160 Holley (I'm guesing you are looking at the List 1850 model)..but if you are really wanting to off-road then the Holley Truck Avenger or a Q-jet are the two best choices for a 4bbl. The Motorcraft 2150 is the best 2bbl carb for off-road use.
