1989 Ford bronco 2 ,manual.2.9 cyc.Had new drake job to front 1 month ago an rear was fine,an it stops fine now.But this morning my rear anti-brake light came on an stays on.Friend says may be just sensor what does anyone think, your comments are important, thanks.
Did they change the brake fluid? Ive heard of good results from simply flushing the brake fliud to clean out the RABS valve that somtimes tends to get stuck.
I had to do a complete brake job front and rear flush the system then mine was ok and light went out. There is some way to pull codes off the antilock system maybe the site admin will answer in on this.
I would start with checking the fluid level, then make sure the rear brakes are adjusted properly, then pull the code (I have a link on this procedure in the tech info thread at the top of this forum), then do the brake fluid flush.
You did say if the red parking brake light stays on too.
