Thats my question. I still can not find anything about this In the haynes repair manual.
Got a new Question. What would make my Valve lifters make noise? or at least thats were I think the sound Is coming from. It comes and goes. It Is a tapping sound that will start out low and then get louder and then go away.. Any Ideas before It gets worse?
Low oil pressure typically. All cars have this to some degree upon initial start up. If it tkaes more thant 10-15 seconds to go away, could be a worse problem. Low oilke pressure or a collapsed lifter - doesn't hold the hydraulic fluid pump.
