Squealing noise on take off
Alright, When I start to press on the accelerator and take off, something from the middle to the back of truck starts squealing. It then proceeds to go away after I let off the accelerator or get up to a constant cruising speed in a higher gear. It squeals when I let my foot of the brake before I acclerate, as if something is rubbing or catching every revolution. It sounds as if it is coming from wheels or driveshaft, but I am confused.

That could easily be belt squeal - especially if it happens in cold and damp weather. Check out your serpentine belt and the tensioner. They are easy to replace.
Also try to check if the noise is road speed dependent or engine speed dependent. If it varies more with engine speed (sounds like that is the case), then an engine accessory is the probable cause. If the noise is speed dependent, check out each wheel and determine if the noise is coming from a particular wheel assembly.
This is a trial and error sort of project.
