Sorry to hear of your Loss Meanie, sounds alot like my truck but mines only a 2 door, I bet she's pretty. Do you have on* or some kinda GPS u don't know about ?
That's a horrible experience. I hope it didn't already end up south of the border. Best of luck to you getting your truck returned in good shape, hang in there!

Found!!! Lo-jack is a wonderful thing. Caught the ******* with 450 lbs. of marijuana 12 miles east of arivaca AZ, through the desert. Truck is in good shape, some scratches and small dings, trans is slipping and the rear seat assembly is gone. Insurance will take care of it though.
Glad to hear that Meanie! Sometimes I think maybe technology ain't such a bad thing after all. 450 pounds of weed! Maybe them scum bums will get some serious time in the slammer. Glad insurance will take care of the damage for you. Maybe they'll pay to make things even nicer then they were before!
It's easier than you think to steal a Superduty. Fox 26 news did a spot on auto theft in my area and they explained how most thieves made off with cars. On the superduty, all you need is a flathead screwdriver and you're in. From there, all you do is cross some wires or break the ignition and you're off. The PATS was never implemented on any vehicle in the Super Duty line up except the Excursion. That's why you almost never hear some talking about their Excursion being stolen.
That aside, it's great to hear you've got your truck back!
I saw a recovered theft 03 sd and they had taken the outer key cover off the steering lock and used a special socket repo guys have and sheared the pins to start it. was recovered less $8000 in construction equipment. Looks like it took all of a minute to do. Socket was available on line for under $50. Bill
It's actually even easier than crossing some wires.... Pop the outside lock out of the handle with a screwdriver, break the cover off of the key cylinder and turn. Ta-da stolen truck.
