I have a 70 f100 with c6/360. I just installed a c6 from wrecking yard. It shifts from 1-2nd at 5mph and 2-3rd at 15mph. what do i have to adjust/fix this? modulater controlled?

You will have to have the `KickDown` linkage from the carb to trans installed... Then try turning the modulator screw IN..
Its up inside the `tube` where the vacuum hose connects to the modulator.
Check how it shifts at wide open throtle for the MAX setting!!

Adjust the modulator screw in for later, firmer shifts. Out for earlier, softer shifts.
Shorten kickdown linkage for earlier full throttle shifts and lengthen for later full throttle shifts. Adjustment is at carb.
