#3 misfire
I have a 2001 Expedition 4x4 w/ 4.6 V8. It started shuddering at idle and hesitating when I step on the accelerator. The check engine light came on yesterday. I pulled the codes and got a P0303, B0000 and P1002. The P0303 indicates a misfire on cylinder #3. Does anyone know what the other two are?
Other than replacing the COP, what else should I look for?

Last night I pulled the #3 COP and tested the resistance on the secondary circuit (from the connector to the end that meets the spark plug). This should read about 5500 Ohms per the OEM. I was reading an open circuit. I cleared the codes. Moved the bad COP to #1 location so that I could change it later. I drove to the auto parts store and did not get a check engine light even though the truck was hesitating. I replaced the bad COP with a new one and still no change in the hesitating and stalling but now I am not getting a check engine light.
Any ideas?
