If your joints are not stock you can measure them by diameter of the caps and distance across the caps.

Buying the PROPER U-Joints sucks.

There are so many applications listed.

Most Napa stores will sell Spicer u-joints but you have to ask for them specifically or they'll hand you the Japanese junk in the Napa box. They'll cost more money but they're a lot stronger. My advice on any Ford driveshaft u-joint is to take your old u-joint in with you when you get the new set. Ford seemed to mix up a lot of stuff with these and often times what the store's book says should fit will not. Have them compare the two side by side with a tape measure and calipers on the caps. This will save you a half dozen trips to the parts store . . . been there done that.

Btw, not all u-joints have grease fittings. If I remember right the Spicers are sealed and never need greasing.

I want to say you should have 1310 u joints, but thats only what I've seen in books, like Ivan said for did change those up, and who knows.
But if it is 3.5" wide, it should be 1310s.

Spicers are available both ways, greasable and not. I use Spicer greasable-thru-cap u-joints in my axle shafts for the front. I wish my Napa could get them, but they can't. Luckily for me though, there is a 4x4 shop only 9 miles away.

For my 4x4 trucks I prefer greasable fitting because they spend most of they're life under water, but on anything else the non-greasable Spicers do fine - I have 110,000 miles on the non-greasable Spicers in my daily driver and they just recently started to squeek.

Surprisingly the non greasable versions often last longer due to the fact that people do not force dirt and grit thru them along with the grease. Many people do not clean the zerks before they fill them with grease. Even if the zerks are wiped off there is still a circle of dirt around the ball seal which is enuf to destroy the bearings. If the joints spend a lot of time under water there is not much you can do but force copious amounts of grease thru them and pray. When a hot U-joint is suddenly cooled by immersion in water they will draw water (and grit) in past the seals.
