I plan on doing the ccv mod soon, but I want to have all of my supplies ready to go. I don't want to get the truck torn apart then see I need more stuff, then have to drive to home depot to get more supplies.
I have seen the "kits" on ebay. However I feel that I can save a good chunk of change just buying the right size hose and fittings from home depot.
I basically need to know what size hose I need to use ID and OD, any other fittings needed, other than the ones needed to conect into exhaust.

Thanks for the help.
I just did mine today. I used 18 ft of 3/4 heater hose. I didn't reverse the doghouse. I used a 90 degree 3/4 pcv elbow attached to the existing 90 hose. That put the hose going to the back of the engine compartment, then over the master cylinder down to the frame and ended back by the tail pipe. If you wanted to flip the doghouse, forget the 90 degree pcv elbow and get a 3/4 coupler. I used 3 3/4 clamps to secure the hose. I removed the part of the intake that the ccv vented into (forget the name) and replaced with about 3" of 4" exhaust pipe. You could just cap the hole and leave the piece in place. Oh yeah, a few wire ties to secure the hose to frame etc.. Very easy and few parts. There are a few pics in my gallery. Hope this helps.
