Done, whichever one of us wins the election will make it happen - on 1 Sept 2006 we will hold a real election open to any chapter member. I suggest that candidates will need to declare their candidacy by 15 Aug, and campaign from then.

I'm sure 'twould be a tough choice whenever it occurs. I'm sure that whomever is beholding the title, the other will work in conjunction (as well as everyone else) to meet all of our goals.
