Locking Hubs on my 2003 F350 7.3L Won't Turn

These hubs were replaced by Ford late September 2004 because they simply would not turn to Locked position (stuck in Auto position) by hand! Now it's been a fairly mild winter and I haven't had a reason to check them, but the other day I tried to turn them and the same thing, they won't turn. Now that this truck has matured from its warranty and the miles are slightly over 36k I don't think Ford is going to replace them again. Is there a quick fix to this problem? My truck has Electronic Shift on Fly and Auto Locking Hubs and they seem to be working (in and out of 4WD) but shouldn't this be addressed? Any Help would be appreciated!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Yes soak them with wd-40 ,then some silcone spray. If that doesn't work pull them and get a new o-ring kit from Ford. The dirt and grit get in there also the 0-rings dry out.

Try the above first or replace with Warn hubs.

Take the hubs apart and clean and lube them, I work the hubs from auto to manual every time I rotate tires. I take them apart and relube every 30,000 miles.

Is there a good page to go to about taking these hubs apart? Mine are getting like that and i am paranoid about them tightening up. Just like to know i have the locked position still if i would ever need it.
