expedition/excursion captain chairs

I've got a 97 expedition with the leather captains chairs up front. Does anyone know if 99-05 excursion captains chairs might interchange (rails bolt up, or width issues)? It seems to be getting harder to find a good set of grey leather cap's chairs from an expedition that aren't bank busters.
Does anyone know of some comfortable aftermarket seats for the Expedition that are reasonably priced? Or any seats from another vehicle that may be easy to moderate in adapting?
Thanks.

The platforms are different from the EX/SD to the Expedition--the seats should not interchange. But any '97-'02 Expy and '97-'03 F150 should fit. Somewhere in there, tho, I think they changed from floor-attached shoulder harnesses to the seat frame-attached harnesses.
