Camper Shell Interchange

I am in process of buying a 2005 Ranger 4x4 with 6 foot bed. I presently have a 1998 Ranger 4x4 with 6 foot bed. I am assuming that the camper shell i now have on my 98 will fit on the 2005. Can anyone confirm this for certain?

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't... I'm pretty sure the bed design hasn't changed in a loooong time.

I have a camper shell from my granpa's 1976 chevy luv, I use it when i go hunting or camping.
