I highly doubt that there is a problem with your truck, just the filter that's on the truck may be causing the problems. A bad filter could cause this problem on ANY motor.
Rather than waste all of that good oil, you could spin a new filter on and add some make up oil.
Did you have the oil changed by someone else? The way your posts are worded, it looks that way. It's often hard to say what kind of filter you get if you have the oil changed by someone else other than a Ford dealer (they usually use Ford filters).

ok, hopefully this is the last post for this issue from me, it had a loose coupler on the return to egr pipe (idk what its called), i tightened it, no more rattles
btw, i brought it home and it kept rattling in the driveway at idle, good oil level, new filter...so i really hope this is it...i will be paying a visit to my service man in the morning to notify him of this "quality control" issue IMO
