Yes guys, just got back from vacation last night late. Only put 60 miles on the beast before I left. Was getting about 10 mpg for the few miles I drove according to the computer. I will put a few more miles on it the next fews days and let you know. And I will have to figure out how to get the pictures on the galllery. I have them on my computer in a walgreens program and can email them just can't get them on the gallery.

Great news. How can you wait til the weekend? It was tough on me after waiting 12 weeks I had to leave on vacation 2 days after I got it. Been puting a few miles per day on it since I got home this past sunday. good luck with your new beast.

Yeah, I don't see myself getting too much sleep for the next few days... I'm having the dealership add a spray in bedliner, and that can't be done til thursday. They said it would be ready friday noon. Good thing the weather is supposed to be nice this weekend! Did you get an extended warranty with yours? I'm kicking around what to do about that.

I also tossed around the idea of the extrended warranty but decided against it. I used the same logic that I use when buying appliances, If I think it is going to break after the manufactuer warranty then I should buy a different brand. I also use the rational that if I bank the $ that I would spend on the warranty I would have the interest and the principal should I have repairs after the initial warranty expires. I also am having a spray in liner done. The one the dealer uses it about 50 miles from here and I did not want some porter driving my rig that far. I am going out of town that way next week and had the dealer set me up with an appointment so I got their rate. Post pictures when you get yours.

Initially I did not like the Copper, in fact last year I ordered the KR with the dark satin green but cancelled the order. I have learned to like the Copper so I finally ordered and got it.

After looking at many threads here on FTE I have decided on Linex. I called the Linex dealer and they quoted me $449.00. I then got what the dealer said was their cost and had them make the appointment for me and figure the cost into the deal for my truck. The dealer charged me $370.

Yeah, My current ride has the drop in plastic insert.
I decided this time around I was going with a sprayed in one, and i have to agree that Linex appears the way to go.
Sounds like a good price.
Are they removing the bolts and stuff on yours or spraying over them for that price. Also you have a long bed dont you? Im betting a short bed should be a little cheaper when I get it done.
Are you taking it to the dealer(linex) or is the dealership dealing with it.
How long will they need your truck?
Im trying to figure out if I should just let the dealer, keep it when it comes in and get it done for me or if I should take it and then drive it there myself.
