Cool Predator problems again

Does anyone have the phone number for Diablosport, I can't remember what I did with my owners manual and they don't list the phone number on thier website.
The problem is the POS won't let me change tunes again, this makes 3 times basically everytime I go to use it, it says can't restore original backup and can't put in tune because vehicle already has performance tune installed. I wanted to change to the tow mode as I currently have the 60hp mode installed and don't like the way it works when towing and I need to tow a trailer tomorrow but since I am afraid that on the current setting it will burn the turbo up I am going to have to borrow someone elses truck to do this. At this point I just want to get back to stock tune, and run over this POS so no one else tries to use it and destroys thier truck. I might try a different tuner but I will never recommend this one to anyone again trust me, I shouldn't have to call them to get the codes everytime I want to change the tune, or worry about destroying my engine because I can't change it and it's the weekend. So if anyone does have a suggestion I am all ears, and yes I like hte way it runs with this tune setup in it, but it's not worth destroying my engine because of thier junk.

Mosterbaby-
I can understand what your talking about, My HYPERTECH does the same darn thing yours Diablosport does, it gets really old making severl phone calls to the makers to reprogram the truck.
Alot of good feedback on the DP tuner by jody tipton, Thats the one i'll be getting real soon. I,ll be using your ideal of running the POS over so nobody else will have these problems

Monsterbaby, you're probably out of town by now. Sorry to hear about your troubles. I'm assuming you've tried the "force" option to restore the stock tune?
