I have read this in other posts, but since my lift came with the blocks I used them. Still could not beat the price of the lift. I will read some more on the shackle flip and see if I can get it done at some point. Once again, thanks for the help.
Truck looks real nice.No offense, but that is the flatest leaf pack I have ever seen.
You could also keep the 2" factory block, put a add a leaf, and possibly a shacle flip(just flip the shackle, not front spring hangers, which would give you about 3" lift.
Also, I don't see how Superlift didn't get sueded for putting that in there directions.
Stacking blocks!, that is dangerous and stupid, expecially blocks that big.
The pic of the block with the flat leafs was when it was up on stands. I thought they were flat to, but when it came down with the tires on it looks fine. As for Superlift getting sued, I am not sure since this lift will go into any F-150 or Bronco from 80 to 96. That is a large portion of the market.

THat is what a lot of manufacturers recommend. I put in stacked blocks because the directions said to. My buddy's truck had the same thing, but we eliminated the factory block with an add a leaf to stiffen it up for him. It is cheap and easy.
BC- as far as taking it easy, I too have the 300, and axle wrap is still a problem. They produce lots of torque for their size and that can create problems fairly easily. It is good to take it as easy as possible, though. Makes stuff last longer.
Ya, I streched myself for the lift and tires as is so taking it easy is a good thing for me. I like the idea of getting rid of the factory block for an add a leaf. Never thought about that. Oh, the things I could do if I had everyones pay cheques
