Window xp clearing up
I just sold my old laptop, and was wondering, do you guys know of a way to quickly wipe all of the personaly info from it, without formatting or reinstalling windows? Whenever I need to do this, I end up formatting my whole hard drive, but in this case I dont want too.

Check out this website. They have a free secure file delete program.

I used this on my brothers pc and it worked great.
It writes 1's and 0's over the disk are that is occupied by the file you want to delete.
You can select the files and do not have to do a full reformat of the disk.
