c4 tranny troubles

seems like it slips and makes a screeching or winning noise when it shifts from 1st to 2nd, it only does this while driving normal,if you really get on it or shift manually,it never happens,please help.thanks alot,Lee

Do a regular transmission service and see if that takes care of it.
