What heads are on it? DOAE heads? If so, how can you up the Compression to 11:1 and be safe with pump gas, VIA the "Quench" area of the head?

Jeff,

My CR is only 10.3:1. My heads are '71 Torino open chambered heads. I would not try to get to 11:1 on a street machine with pump gas. It was someone else who had 'Quench' heads.

11.1 cr should work with quench heads, i wouldnt go below 93 octane.

that much compression 93 octane might not be enough to keep from spark knock. a person doesn't have to go extreme to get great performance. CJ.......

11:1 here 91 octane Quench heads...No PINGING! 3.5" stroke on a 351.
