Dually rims
Has anyone ever have a rim crack right thru.One of my front rims on my dually cracked in 2 spots.Also does anyone know where i can get a cheap front rim for it.Ford wants an arm and a leg,then some.

Ive got the factory dually rims off my truck. Two fronts and two backs. They are in great shape, comes with the lug nuts, caps, etc. I changed over to aluminum rims last year. I'll sell them all to ya for what ebay wants for one wheel, haha. PM me if your interested.

Summit sells an identical wheel to the stock ford 5 star. I too had one crack right in two. Then a second rim cracked. I noticed it one day polishing the rim when I saw brake dust seeping through the spoke. The wheels from summit are Eagle alloys p/n
AEW-0349-7688 $136.50 each, and summit ships ground free!!! There great because they are polished on both sides unlike the ford rims so I bought 4 and can now rotate the front two with the back outer two. Also you might want to check the wheel bearing hub assembly that could be causing the weight of the diesel to rid incorrectly. if you jack one side up front and shake the tire from top to bottom it is or is going bad. Stealership price:$380, napa $460, Advance $289, those are all with the wheel speed sensor for ABS in it.

Thanks so much freaknasty,i called them and they do have it.So it looks like ill be going with them.
I just have 1 question for ya tho,do they look like the stock wheels.Cause im only buying one wheel,so i dont what them to look at differant from the stock ones.
If they are an exact match,i will buy it.

blueeyes2478 your welcome, I bet that price puts a smile on your face huh? They are identical with two exceptions. Both sides are polished unlike the FORD ones so you can rotate it with out having a dull side and the protruding side, like if you had it on the front has load range casting in it. So if you still use the factory lug covers you will be fine. I did find they are quite brighter than mine, but I use my truck in some preaty harsh conditions, so I bought 4. Anything else let me know.
