I took my truck to the tire shop where they cracked one of my rims and now I'm stuck buying another. Does anyone have one for sale or know where I can get a good used one. They are the aluminum 5 spoke front wheel for a 2000 F-350 4x4. thanks

Normally, when the shop damages a component on one of our trucks they are burdened with the task of repairing or replacing that item.
To answer your question....your best choice for a replacement is a salvage yard or ebay.
Well I guess that's how these people do business here in northern NM. I even called the owner of the shop and he said he'd look into it and get back with me but no return call! Won't go there again! and thanks to all for their input. guess ill have to break down and buy a new one since the used ones are still 300!

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. I am guessing this guy had a old school tire machine that uses the bar? Where is your rim broke? The next time you go to a tire shop look for a shop that uses Hunter mounting & balancing machines. There is no way a new style Hunter machine would break a wheel unless it was a bad rim to begin with.
The reason I bring up bad rims is a I have a repaired 5 spoke DRW that had cracked across one of the spokes. Mind you these rims should never be welded or repaired per Alcoa. This is actually a very common problem with these rims. You might find this interesting and go to post#17 I have some good links there. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...um-wheels.html
