Climate Control (Auto) and AC.
When you hit the Auto button and set the
interior temperature - with the AC OFF, the
system will attempt to cool down the interior
using the fans, pulling in outdoor air.
If you turn the AC ON (again - the AUTO button
is still on), obviously the AC compressor kicks in,
and cools down the interior. Once the set temperature
has been reached, what does the Auto-climate-control
system given the AC is on?
Does it automatically cycle the AC on and off to
maintain the temp? Or does the system somehow
run the AC all the time (while in AUTO mode) and
adjust the temperature of the air flow another way?
It is kinda mis-leading because the AC ON light
stays on no matter what.
Oh yea, one other question (curious).
My 06 has fog lights. these are circular lights recessed
in the lower front bumper. I also see 05 and 06 trucks with
rectangluar lights in the lower front bumper. I also see
trucks with no lights in the lower front bumper.
Are the rectangular lights a different brand/style of fog
lights, or are they additional running lights?
thanks
