Anyone had problems with ATS service?

I bought a chip from them almost three months ago,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...2509%26fvi%3D1

When i installed it the shifts were ridiculously low, it would shift at 2200-2500rpm at WOT..
I had specifically asked that the shifts stay at the stock points. I had also emailed them the information. Well after calling they gave told me to send it in. This was first week of January. I am still waiting. First they told me the guy who programs was on vactaion, then later that they hadnt programmed it because I didnt give them the mph I wanted it to shift at.. I may not be the worlds best tuner but I am pretty sure you setup shift points by rpm NOT mph but fine I went and drove it and gave them the mph I wanted.. That was almost two weeks ago and I still have not gotten anything.
Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Unfortunatley shift points are usually by MPH, and not RPM. Output shaft speed is fixed to the ground, but input shaft speeds are variable because of TC slip etc. So shift RPM could vary. Some more advanced computers, like newer vehicles can monitor input and output and shift accordingly on many variables depending on conditoins. I don't believe the PSD to be so advanced. You can calculate shift RPM theoretically for MPH.
