The problems with oil on the MAF are overblown and unwarranted on trucks that have the complete cold air intake system - in the case of '05 and newer Super Duty trucks, this is the K&N 63 Series Aircharger and I have no fear in putting one on my Super Duty. I had the complete intake on my 1996 GMC Sierra from K&N (old FIPK style) and never had any problems in some very dusty driving conditions.
It still comes down to personal choice and I wouldn't use anything but K&N due to the fit and finish and the good personal experience I have had.
