DryFlow is developing one in the near future. Enstead of an oil type filter it will be a washable and reusable dry one. Supposedly a better micron filtering and increased flow without the oil. This is supposedly good to prevent contaminating and coating you mass airflow sensor. I,ve been doing some research and am waiting for this to come out. Good luck!
Saying that oiled filters will screw up you MAF is WRONG
Been using K&N filters for many years, not ONE MAF problem.
The MAF sensor should be cleaned on a regular basis regardless of filter used.
I clean my MAF twice a year with CRC MAF cleaner.
Don't over oil any filter, a light coat works best.
You clean it twice a year how many others you think do that so on a basis that some over look the MAF, just maintain the filter and eventually without cleaning sensor due to excess oil over time it will mess the sensor up. may not break it but it will throw the sensors "sensing" capabilites off. you dig

The oil don't get on the MAF. I have never found any oil on my sensors. A lot of people may say it does, however thats mostly because of what they heard instead of actual experience.
You have to really cake on the oil before any will blow inside the housing, let alone work there way around the little wires in the MAF.
The MAF sensor is very important and should not be neglected like most do.
i just recently installed the airaid on my 06 and thought that they were the same part number... maybe im wrong.. either way its a great aftermarket kit...
