aluminum vent covers

i have the aluminum ven covers and they stick over the vent i have tried super glue and 3M emblem and trim adhesive but after time they still fall off. anyone have any ideas of what to use im tired off having them fall off .

Did you clean the surface before you tried to use the adhesive?

never thought about hot glue ill give it a shot yea it was cleaned good
